Since 2006 was marked by the use of Intel processors, Apple no longer makes the company an exclusive with its own products. Apple already uses Intel processors for almost all products.
DutaInfo launched from Cnet, recently appeared rumors that Apple looked at as an alternative to AMD's processors for its products. Apple has done a series of tests to use AMD processors.
It seemed to be the main reason Apple using AMD processors is Intel's corporate problems with Nvidia. Apple was forced to use the Intel chipset for graphics cards at the water's MacBook and MacBook Pro that uses the Intel i7 processors and i5. Apple was not satisfied with the use of using the Intel chipset as graphics card.
By using AMD, Apple will easily use the ATI chipset that has been acquired by AMD.
